It
has a rather strong, very brilliant, colour and
is a very fruity (raspberry, red fruit), gourmet
wine with a lot of character; it is fat and slightly
lively and very pleasant on the palate.
This
is a summer wine that should be drunk chilled and
should not be left to age.
It
is at its best when served with a buffet, grilled
dishes or picnic.
