wines are all 'COTES
DE GASCOGNE' VINS
DE PAYS. They are all made exclusively
with grapes from our 76 ha vineyard. Over the
years, the estate has been restructured and centred
around Cassagnoles.
The entire vineyard is looked after by our team.
Production is controlled as of pruning (cordon)
and we use environmentally-friendly wine producing
techniques (supervised control). The quality of
the grape remains our main concern as a good wine
is above all the result of a healthy grape of
superior quality.
Vinification, maturation, packaging and storage
all take place in our cellars at Cassagnoles,
which are equipped for optimum processing. Our
cellars are fully air-conditioned.
We market most of our wines
in bottles and bag-in-boxes. We have a
very large range of white, red and rosé
wine; Pure varietals:
colombard, gros manseng, chardonnay, sauvignon,
tannat, merlot, cabernet ;
Bi-varietals: colombard-sauvignon, chardonnay-sauvignon
;
Blends Colombard-Gros, White Manseng-Ugni
or Cabernet-Merlot-Tannat; some white wines are
vinified to become semi-dry (medium) or sweet.
We also mature some Chardonnay, Gros Manseng and
Tannat in oak casks.
The estate's large number of grape varieties and
our flexibility makes it possible for us to meet
all traditional processing needs.
