For our CASSAGNOLES 2007 (blend of Colombard, Ugni blanc, Gros manseng and Sauvignon)
....smells faintly grassy as well as distinctively saline, and its bracing, invigorating palate presence follows suit. Fresh lime, salt, sage, and pepper make for a plleasingly pungent finish.

for our SAUVIGNON 2007
....offers grssy, saline and fresh lime aromas and flavors, but displays more sap and generaosity that the blend, with honneydew melon and mint making for a more luscious and aromatically alluring refrigerator white. |

COLOMBARD 2006 : 100% Colombard grape
fruity, crispy, very fresh white wine, easy to drink with great orignality
BLANC de PUJADE.......) white wine from :
BLANC de LAMOULIE.) colombard (60%) + ugni blanc (25%)
JARDIN de MARIE........) + gros manseng (15%) + sauvignon (10%)
whiteflower aromas , citrus fruit, the palate is round, elegant white wines .
SAUVIGNON 2006 : 100% Sauvignon grape
very expressive nose with a lot of fruit , typical of the sauvignon grape variety. very fresh and onctuous in the mouth , fine and racey white wine.
DOMAINE des CASSAGNOLES ROSé 2006 : 100% cabernet sauvignon grape variety with distinctive aromas of pepper typical of the cabernet. nice and clean bouquet with a larg aromatic richness ; elegant and easy to drink summer wine.
GROS MANSENG SELECTION 2006 : 100% G. Manseng grape
very concentrated wine with plenty of expression an a lot of character.The palate is fat, long and powerful, complex and structured. Large aromatic nose. |
